Sleeping in the closet

Lace was a quiet boy, he never said much in class and only spoke when spoken too. Even then he didn't say much. This was never a bother to him. A lack of friends was of no concern to Lace, his strange beauty and mysterious nature drew plenty of attention from other students. Which could be bothersome, but he found ways to avoid it. He went into the Gym storage room to eat lunch, one day however, he fell asleep. He fell into such a deep sleep that he slept through class and until the end of volley ball practice. He managed to hide from the sight of the club members, though not on purpose until someone came in and saw him.

Lev ran his fingers along Lace's body, grinning to him, "I've heard that before! And yet I miss the ball really often..." Even now he couldn't just stop mentioning volleyball. "What if I touch here?" He asked and rested his hands on Lace's chest.

"We'll... practice...." If they worked together surely Lev would stop missing the ball. He quietly bit his lip as Lev's slender fingers ran along his soft flesh, his cheeks flushing deeply as it came to a stop over his chest. "You...can touch....wherever...you like....."

Mentioning volleyball at such time. That's just so levd.

Lev nodded vigoriously, really happy that Lace wanted to help him. He nuzzled into his chest and when the other boy told him that he could touch him wherever, Lev slid his hands lower, on Lace's thighs.

Lace tightened his grip on his shirt when Lev's hands came to a stop at his thighs, his cheeks flushing deeply as he nervously stared at Lev's hands. He felt very vulnerable in this position, Lev's face was in his bare breasts and his hands were on his thighs, nothing could possibly distract--ring "....?" ring ring Was that his cellphone...?

Lace released his shirt and shifted to reach for his phone.

Lev raised his head, surprised by the ringing sound. It must have been Lace's phone, but who would call him so early? Waiting for Lace to pick up the phone, he looked away. Whoever that was, Lev hoped that it wouldn't take long.

Lace fumbled to answer it quickly, "Hello....?" Lace murmured into the phone, a very familiar voice was on the end. "Robin....?" Robin rambled about something that happened in school until he ended up tiring himself out before saying goodbye he said 'I miss you...' to which Lace replied, "I...miss....you too...."

Lev rolled on his back after a few minutes and stared at the ceiling. Should he go to another room? Alisa always made him leave her room when she was on the phone, maybe Lace was the same? But he didn't look like he wanted to shoo him out from the room, so he just lied on the bed.

"Who was it?" He asked, smiling at Lace. "If you miss that person you should go and see them!"

"It was....Robin...my....ex...." He replied as he laid down next to Lev. "He....lives....in England....." Lace rested his head on his pillow as he gazed at him. Would the fact that he remained friends with his ex bother Lev? Lace never saw anything wrong with remaining friends with Robin, they had been friends since childhood, it would be too painful to sever all ties to each other.

"Oh, so his name is Robin? That's cool," Lev replied, grinning. "Like...really cool! Maybe he should visit you here sometime? I mean...it's a rather long trip but you two are friends, so..."

He kept blabbering, looking into Lace's eyes.

Lace shook his head softly, "He....doesn't....have the money......" He murmured softly, he didn't know if that would be okay with Lev.

"You're.....alright with.....me still.....speaking with him...?"

"Yeah...I shouldn't be?" Lev blinked, not really sure what Lace meant. He was Lace's boyfriend now so why would his previous boyfriend matter to him? "I'm happy that you have other friends, too!"

Lace shook his head, he didn't see why he would either. But some people felt insecure sometimes. "I...have....a few....." He moved to lay on him again and nuzzled into him.

"Can I talk to him next time when he calls you and I'll be around?" Lev asked innocently as he hugged him close. "Do you want something to eat? It's getting late..."

Not that they had to do anything today, though.

Lace nodded his head, that would be nice. They were both so high energy that they would surely get along well. That would be nice, if all three of them could be friends.

"Yes..." He moved to get up to cook Lev some breakfast. A nice hearty breakfast for a nice hearty boyfriend.

Lev followed him to the kitchen and helped him with preparing the breakfast for the two of them, "Does he often call you? He must be lonely, I guess...are you planning to go back?"

"I'm....going back....after I graduate...." He replied as he started mixing the eggs and boiling the rice for breakfast. He turned his head back, "What's....your plan....?"

"Isn't it obvious? I'm going to be the ace! Then someone will scout me and I'll be a professional volleyball player!" Lev laughed, really confident about his plan.

"So...you'll be away in one year, huh? I'll miss you a lot..."

Lace continued cooking them breakfast as he thought about what they would do with out each other. Would Lev get over him and find another? Was long distance really a relationship killer? The thought worried him, they would only be together for two and a half years at this rate.

"Are you planning to go back to Robin then?" He asked like it wasn't a big deal; he even laughed softly like he wanted to show Lace that he wouldn't mind even that.

He would, though.

"Do...you plan....on breaking up....?" Lace asked, giving him a very hurt look. Was this not what he thought it was...? If that was what Lev wanted.... then he would respect his desire.

"Me? I might be dumb but not THAT dumb..." Lev knitted his eyebrows when he glanced over at Lace. "I won't break up with you even in a million years!! But if you want to be together with him, then just tell me. No need to lie or anything...not like I would find out, I'll be here and you'll be there so there's no way I would find out..."

He didn't notice it at first but big tears started rolling down his cheeks when he talked. He didn't want Lace to go back, he wanted him to stay.

Lace looked rather surprised by Lev's tears, Lace had no intention of cheating on him. He reached out to quietly wipe away his tears before nuzzling him. He didn't know why Lev was trying to encourage him to cheat. Why would he leave Lev? "I......won't....cheat on you...."

"Sorry, I'm just...I don't even know what I am saying," He murmured, wiping the tears with his shirt's sleeve. "I had no idea that you're planning to go back, I'm a bit surprised, maybe that's why I keep blabbering like this...and tears, I haven't cried in ages, what is even going on..."

Lace stroked his hair a little, "I'm....joining....the army...." Lace murmured, he had to go back when school was over to join the military. He was going to be a sharpshooter for them so he had to go back no matter what.

"But....that's...two years away..."
