Lace was a quiet boy, he never said much in class and only spoke when spoken too. Even then he didn't say much. This was never a bother to him. A lack of friends was of no concern to Lace, his strange beauty and mysterious nature drew plenty of attention from other students. Which could be bothersome, but he found ways to avoid it. He went into the Gym storage room to eat lunch, one day however, he fell asleep. He fell into such a deep sleep that he slept through class and until the end of volley ball practice. He managed to hide from the sight of the club members, though not on purpose until someone came in and saw him.

Lev could feel his body tremble a bit from both excitement and anxiousness, but he didn't pull away, just continued the kiss. He rested his hands on Lace's hips trying to relax even if just a little.

Lace continued the kiss, slightly confused as to why Lev was trembling. After another few trembles, Lace pulled away to gaze at him. "Are....you okay...?" He seemed worried. Was this too fast? Was Lev not ready for this.

"I-I think I'm just too excited..." Lev laughed softly as he couldn't control his blush spreading all over his face. "It feels nice...kissing you, I mean..."

He poked Lace's nose with his own, hoping for another kiss.

Lace gently nuzzled noses with Lev, very pleased to be receiving this pure kind of affection. Kissing was nice but sometimes it was just the little things like this that made Lace feel the most pleased and loved. He pressed another soft kiss to his lips before pulling away again to rest his head on his shoulder.

Lev stroked Lace's hair gently and smiled to himself. The kiss was really pleasant, maybe he wasn't so bad at it as he initially thought?

"So...I can kiss you whenever I want from now on?" He just wanted to make sure.

Lace nodded his head, nuzzling into his hand as he relaxed into Lev's embrace. Lace didn't mind kissing Lev a lot, that just meant that Lev really loved him. (The poor boy had yet to learn that physical affection could be completely meaningless and just physical desires.)

"Okay..." He murmured and pecked him on the cheek. Lev didn't know at all what couples were supposed to do, so he made a mental note to check that later. "I hope it'll be sunny tomorrow, though...I want to play volleyball...!"

"Rain...is nice..." It brought life and brought people together. He felt a small smile come to his lips as Lev kissed his cheek, softly rubbing his nose against Lev's as they gazed at each other.

"It's nice...but I want to be the ace," Lev explained, pouting a bit. "I need to practice lots! Or Kenma won't toss to me..." That would be literally the worst.

"You're....my...ace...." Lace replied, nuzzling his cheek against Lev's. He wanted to comfort him a little and felt a little strange hearing about how Kenma won't toss to him.

Lev gasped and snuggled into Lace, hugging him, moved by the other boy's words. "And...you're my Lace!! Can you see what I did there? Can you?" He quickly leaned in and kissed him again.

Lace smiled softly, Lev was adorable. It was almost like he was a puppy who had turned human. A puppy that Lace would love to spoil rotten. Lace happily kissed him back and wrapped his arms around his neck.

"Can I kiss you even when we're outside?" Lev asked, curious whether kissing was allowed in public places. He didn't really see many people doing it, so...

In fact he just never paid attention.

Lace nodded his head, he saw no reason why they wouldn't. People in London kissed all the time, soft pecks and hand holding. He didn't see why Lev would ask that. Was it uncommon to kiss in Japan?

"Okay!" He looked really happy because of Lace's answer. "What other things couples do?" Lev asked even though he meant to check this himself. However, if Lace knew he would tell him, so there was no reason not to ask about it.

"We...can kiss... and we... can touch...." He didn't want to add where they could touch, "Go out...on dates....." He added, there was nothing couples really couldn't do. It all depended on the partner and what the partner and you were okay with doing and not doing.

"Couples....do everything...."

With that said, Lev booped Lace's nose. That counted as touching, right? Pretty sure that he did a good job, he grinned.

"Where do you want to go for our first date? Park? Cinema? Volleyball court?" Lev offered, still grinning. "Couples can do everything, huh?"

"I'm....okay with going anywhere....with you...." He murmured, rested his head on his shoulder. Lev would make their date very interesting and pleasant. Lev always made everything pleasant, his big grin and high energy always brought a soft smile to his lips.

"I'll think of something really great! And I'll make it a surprise for you!" Lev murmured into his ear like it was their secret. "So...is it okay for couples to watch those movies? Kuroo told me that I'm too young to watch..."

"...? What movies...?" Lace didn't understand what Lev was talking about. Lace didn't see why they couldn't. But when Lev mentioned too young, then wouldn't Lace be too young too? He was only a year older than Lev after all.

"He called it porn. People are naked and doing weird stuff, I don't know the details," It may sound really weird that someone at Lev's age was oblivious to sex, but it was true. He was all about volleyball lately, too.

"Oh...." Lace paused for a moment before speaking up again, "We....can do...what they do in those...." Lace replied, not sure why Lev would want to watch porn when he had a lover to do all those things with.

"What they do, though?" Lev asked unceremoniously, tilting his head to the side as he was really curious about it. "I haven't watched it yet!! You did?"

Lace shook his head, "I...did... the same things seen....in them..." He nuzzled into him and he relaxed into his. He gently patted his head, smiling softly at him.

"Oh?" That was beyond Lev's imagination. "So...you had that sex thing, right?" He looked to the side, trying to look everywhere else than Lace's eyes.
